I Must Stop Concentrating On Being Sick

I love painting canvases. When I get started I cannot stop It makes me feel years younger, and I get captivated by my own colors. It uplifts my spirit. It makes me whole. It brings my energy back. Why have I been avoiding it and the sun? If I am to get healthier I must stop concentrating on my illness, I must stop pouting about the month I have lost. I must get out to my art room and play. I shall begin tomorrow!

I forced myself to begin another painting today, put my phone on speaker and delighted my mother with an hour phone call while I painted away in glory.
