I like to wander . . . ________________________ and rest in a swaying meadow where peace comes to my heart, a nearby willow soothes my broken soul in cool shade; beneath the dappled foliage- I can still feel the caressing sun, and here comes a bumble bee and I hear a hidden swallow twittering; here in this meadow- beneath this willow . . . is precious tranquility. _____________________________ August 23, 2019 Poetry/Verse/I like to wander country roads Copyright Protected, ID 19-1175-299-02 All Rights Reserved.
