I Let It Die
I wanted to believe you when you said,
That you loved me and that you always would.
When you said it’s over, I cried and cried.
But now I've moved on, and you want me back.
You really expect me to say ok?
You say that you don’t know what had went wrong
And you stay up all night with bloodshot eyes.
I don’t know what’s going on with your head,
But now that I know that you’re missing me,
I tell myself that Im not missing you.
So you stay up all night, with bloodshot eyes,
Things are finally coming completely clear.
I just don’t care about you anymore.
So I didn’t try, I just let it die.
