I Have Let You See Too Much of Me

I let you feel my nervous hands, all I wanted was for you to understand; Maybe I should have come a different way, painted a smile of sunshine to hide the rain It’s too late now, I’ve let you see too much of me; With all my insecurities? Believe me, It wasn’t easy; I’d like to draw them up and erase them; But it’s part of me, so why should I? It’s too late now, I’ve let you see too much of me ; Yeah, my emotions are messy and I’ve always been a little crazy; Still, when you look at me I hope you see that I’m working on them; They are no longer working on me; Let’s dance in all my spilled feelings Because I don’t regret a single minute of letting you see too much of me.
