I Dreamed of Timeless Flights
I dreamed a dream
of timeless flights
into the universal heights;
of consciousness’s
ethereal streams;
where enlightenment I’d find.
Basking in eternal waves
of cosmic light
for endless days;
I rode a star to higher heights;
on a sultry summer night;
as nebulae danced and swayed.
Such swirls of color did abound;
in the ethers, I danced around;
and serenity, I found.
my body, snug within the bed;
cosmic delights filled my head;
when I awoke, my soul was fed.
