I don't need no genius, To know that I've sinned, And yet on your insights, I've come to depend. It seems my own vision, Is cloudy at best, And I feel more at peace, When sins are confessed. It's like food in my teeth, That I just can't see, If you were not present, Then where would I be? I'm lost in your wisdom, But found in your love, And my only future, With you hand in glove.
