I Do Not Make Excuses Or Apologize

Wore my pajamas to school today. A week early. Everyone laughed. Especially the children. I did not mind. It is fun to give them a good time. For some of them it might be the best part of their day. I do not explain. Do not make excuses. Go merrily about my business, in my most comfortable clothes.

This is bizarre! What ever happened to the dress code? I think it should be mandatory in all schools. The emphasis on individuality (be yourself, do whatever you like) is probably a big distraction and obstacle to students trying to learn. It certainly didn't hurt me in my day. / Thanks for the stop by. / M
