I can save you but it's less likely you can save me

It's pseudo science, therefore not even an original idea I'll throw it away at the end of this poem rather than dedicate my lifes work to it I have a somewhat rare blood group Briefly wondered whether I surround myself with similar Mosquitoes don't like to bite me I'm carrying a scooter so can't develop this idea It's lucky I have to carry scooters and such What may have become of me otherwise

I did not for one second deem it pretentious haha - it's just there's multiple 'its' in that poem and didn't know if it was pseudo science, blood groups or the pretence of free will/thought :) it definitely is what it is, typically all best left alone whilst we get on with our day. Your comments are always welcomed :)

Yes, apologies about that DD. You and me both :) My comment now sounds pretentious. I enjoyed the read. I still don’t pretend to understand your poem completely - But that’s a good thing in my book as it requires repeat reads. The phrase I used (taken from the classic cult tv series of the 60s “The Prisoner”) is me questioning what pseudo science is and the true meaning that lies between the lines of your poem. Basically it was me talking to myself. ..I know..I know.. :) Cheers - Gary

A puzzling piece Dilly, sounds like carrying those scooters around keeps you quiet normal and perhaps grounded, but if you hadn’t got this everyday burden then who knows what might have come of you, sometimes I ask myself the same thing, perhaps in the end we can only save ourselves, an intriguing one for sure, cheers David

I don’t do conspiracy theories myself, but pseudoscience can seem very real, because it’s all in the head, rather than based on experiment, and perhaps the truth lies somewhere in the middle, it’s all relative to the individual and how easily they are distracted!

Yeah I'm sure the Gods realised I needed reminding to book the children's dentist appointments, pay dinner money and take one of my arms out of action by giving me a scooter to carry and other such things for the greater good. Is it pseudo science or are we just being diverted haha. For the same reason I also don't read conspiracy theories - that straight and narrow won't keep itself lol
