I cannot write poetry to melt your heart Or stir deep emotion of desire I cannot take you to another realm Or create passion wild like fire I cannot write of exquisite beauty Or tell enchanting tales I cannot write lines of pure wisdom Or poems with perfect details What l can do is write a simple poem Real, sincere and true Written from a honest heart That is what l can do!
