I Believe This May Be the Doldrums
What words do people use to describe you?
I'm never satisfied
It's top shelf words
Feedback all good
But this painful narrative I've got going on
I am so unkind to myself
The engaged faces, the words, the seeking me out. All the evidence required but I'm beneath the surface
You think you can reach me
But it's just your own reflection
