I Believe In the Power of Faith

Midst the power of bright faith’s light I believe in God’s divine writ Of true love and devotion’s might Trusting in the Holy Spirit. Mankind’s redemption is assured Midst the power of bright faith’s light Since the Saviour’s blood so treasured Paid sin’s wages; cleansed evil blight. Eternal peace with joy delight Awaits each seeking genuine heart Midst the power of bright faith’s light. Vanquishing wounds from hatred’s dart. Beseeching for gracious kindness I call to the Lord for world’s plight Freedom from selfishness-blindness Midst the power of bright faith*’s light. *Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
