I AM LISTENING FOR MY GOD TO CALL I gotta get closer To the Lord I must come closer open up my heart And listen I must… Hush!!! Be still Listen Position myself close to God Immerse myself be humble Quietly listens, listening listen I am listening in sort I am being quiet in the storm I am listening for the still sound voice The sparrow and the robins speaking I am listening for My God God calls Responding eagerly listening Awaiting your call speaks you Lord, I will hear I will hear obey and honor Him God’s voice as spontaneous Thoughts racing calming as I breathe I am learning how to be still I am awaiting Him in still Speak lord Speak As I seek Lord You speak, speak to me, and speak to me over and over quietly 4/8/23 Written words & arranged music by James Edward Lee Sr © 2023
