Hubby's Haircut

Today, Hubby came home with a shaved head
At first, I thought a stranger I'd bed!
The reason he's bald
Our heat wave does scald
At least it's better than locks dredg'd!

A fun limerick, Michelle, but I can't see myself with a shaved skull no matter how stifling the heat! Many thanks for reading my work and best to you in your writing endeavors. / M

Until I read Heidi below I thought the heat had blasted his hair away. I'm tired!, and laughing at myself. This is clever, the title drew me in and I hope you well love yourself some of that bald man! Poetry hugs ... CayCay

I guess I would have to see him in dread locks before I could fully judge. Thanks for the funny limerick, Michelle.

Truthfully his hair doesn't grow long enough for that - when it isn't cut it just poofs out like a bad perm!
