How to make my team work as asked?
Is it only motivation
at right time that makes them to work,
Or it's something else that hinders?
Working with them I had to learn
how to make my team work as asked;
Some starts work at eleventh hour
may be to reap euphoric rush.
Some just avoid, put off the tasks;
Is it fear of failure only?
How to make my team work as asked?
They're afraid of what others think .
Some struggle to make decision;
