How Strange

Dreaming a dream in dream, how strange, No dream to dreamer still, how strange! It watches what happens, takes notes, One’s asleep all aware, how strange. The past with a coat of dust goes, Dreams bathe it with new light, how strange. Past that panned, oft a bitter pill, It points still at future, how strange. Past, present, future getting fused, Time losing its timer, how strange! ____________________________________ Translation of a piece in Gujarati by Dr Bharat Gohel, Ghazal |11.12.2021|
