How Love Use To Be
How you remind me of, a youthful time
Age has no limits to your beauty
All time stops as you sleep by my side
Wise when I was a fool in younger years
Playing as a colt in an open field
I curry your attention with flattery to gain
This love has endured as a shinny, new penny
Time has not taken your beauty away
Laughter, as if we swallowed a barrel of wine
Warmth without covers in the winter
A cool breeze always flows when you kiss me
I fell for you like leaves in the fall, you are
My Love
