Hope Has a Place-Winged Warrior

Hope has a glistening place.... In that masterpiece, called your beating heart. Grab it right now...before life is gone. In that grave, there is no hope song! You are blessed to be alive. Surf on love's ocean, all you can. That day shall come for us all... Crossing the crystal waters into poetic eternity. Dedication.. In Memory of **Winged Warrior** 12/6/2020

Your pen is dipped in gold. This is such a stunning tribute to Winged Warrior. How blessed one is to have a lust for life! Yet, the ethereal feeling of your poem seems to have captured Heaven in it's ink. Winged Warrior is surely loving your poem. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Susan, I need to hear your words, as I doubt my being here at all, I do mean that,..I give high credence to other poets. Not to me. Ugh! Then a poem leaps out of my heart. I cannot write from my head at all. I can't write to impress anyone..Not interested. It's like seeing a fish in a pond and trying to capture it....I hope WW liked it, in the glorious place he is at. Thank you for this gifted comment.. Pangie,

A beautiful tribute to a kind man and beloved poet friend. Your ending line is classic, "Crossing the crystal waters into poetic eternity." I look forward to meeting him there. I also love your philosophy of "Grab it right now... before life is gone". I'm writing a poem today about that very sentiment. God bless you, dear friend ~ John
