Hold Me In Thunder, Love Me Through Rain
Tomorrow I will fly.
Yesterday, I fell.
Today I am before you,
Raw,
Bare.
We end,
begin.
We mend.
We die.
We are nothing.
I am no one.
Each a day,
The same moon,
Same sun.
As Today begins,
Tommorow is done.
When I crashed from above,
I thought of you.
As your hand held mine.
Your eyes, swam in mine.
Our hearts ever intertwined.
But here,
now, you are a stranger,
We must refine.
Within these screams ever loud,
In this crowd,
We call society,
I look for you.
In this crowd I simply disappear.
Another face among many.
A broken soul among more.
A broken half,
Of one whole.
We are united.
In pain,
Joy,
Hope,
Dreams.
United, because we are broken.
We take shelter in clouds of the sky
For with you, each moment,
Is new.
You teach me to fly.
