Ho-Hum, Hum-Drum

Got up and went to work, ho-hum Ran errands on the way home, hum-drum Grabbed a beer and a bite of dinner, ho-hum Checked out the news online, hum-drum Called my sister in L.A., ho-hum Deleted some emails, hum-drum Played a couple of video games, ho-hum Caught the end of the ball-game, hum-drum What have I done to myself What have I made of my life Where do my kids fit into all this And what about my loyal wife Is endless routine a life well-lived Don't I have so much more to give
