Historic Paralysis

Went to school one day Seemed to be a normal one Got to the point of return Drove past a dark sign With my arm out, it was struck Arm went straight back, broke side glass Had now pain within Nerves pulled from spinal cord Had a bad arm from then on No longer any Use for this arm, signed true The challenge really began… …From now it’s no use My right arm beyond repair I carry a weight after After painful day Hospital for arm repair Only could fix broken bones This bad turning point A horrid event in time Kills me when there’s phantom pains And those phantom pains Hurts beyond life itself, ugh This’s my Historic event Russell Sivey
