A touch of his heart
Beating into my own
And I feel like breathing
Prayers to the Lord
A touch of his kindness
Whispering to my soul
Makes me feel like seeing
All the blessings from above
A touch of his smile
Answering my own
Speaks to me with hope
That dreams will come true
A touch of his compassion
Meeting me with warmth
Sends me to my knees
Where I pray for God’s will
A touch of his acceptance
Keeping me from being alone
Causes me to feel honesty
That answers my prayers for more
A touch of his sincerity
Gently stroking my thoughts
Sends me to a place of thanks
Because God has brought him to me
A touch of his generosity
Makes me feel like giving
From my very heart and soul
The tenderness of my spirit
A touch of his consideration
Alive and flowing in waves
Across my very skin, my life
Makes me feel so very blessed
