Her Garden Within

~~~Her Garden Within~~~ Running waters, fresh and sweet. Surrounded her young body. In innocence splashing, Baby fish did circle dances and smiled at her. Almost as if saying, welcome to this world. The robins danced only for her on the new mown grass. Church bells rang, as if softly whispering. Songs for her eternal child  Songs of her soul,lit up all ofher senses. It was her rhapsody with nature. Her always remembering this most sacred sanctuary. As an incantation from her garden within.            11-22-2020 7pm
The inner sanctuary of a garden within, safe within the confines of her mind. Well written Panagiota, we should all close our eyes sometimes and enjoy the peace it brings. Tom
There is such beautiful and calming innocence in your words, dear friend. The running waters, baby fish, robins dancing, church bells ringing; all this imagery of sight and sound combine to paint of picture of peace and bliss. What a wonderful phrase is "rhapsody with nature"! Her sacred sanctuary is the garden of uncluttered delight. A fave for me, this truly makes me smile. Blessings to you ~ John
Hello, John... What an auspicious comment. I am moved that we both "got the picture I tried to convey. This was not a actual memory. Memories, though dead, are a dime a dozen, I wrote many like them to breathe life back into them. These last two were a fork in the road for me. Enjoying the curfew! Lol Not me....Pangie. Xx This was a PENORY, MY WORD..an artistic painting with words the poem previous to this had many Favs. Have you read Dance Me a Rainbow Tango? It's featured on the main page this week. I forget my poems once written}}"
