The title was graciously suggested by Broken Wings...
I had a vision
standing on a grassy knoll
surrounded by threehundredyearoldfortifiedwalls
The sun pressing heavily upon me
a brisk
wind
cooling
my
sweat
blowing from ocean to bay
Wiping the moisture from my brow
I looked up
in front I looked up of me
I in front of me beheld
the most I beheld beautiful
the most beautiful
double double rainbow rainbow
No cloud stained the voluminous blue sky only blue
miraculous beauty
lost inthoughtofloosingthemoment
I had a vision
Flashes of wonder combing the heavens
Silence norainfalling
The darkness complete fathomless
no echoing
sounds
of
thunder
claps
disturbed the night
Looking into the ebony velvet
the night
exploded
with
thousands
of fingers of light
flashing
across
the heavens
For long moments the dancing splendor filled my vision
awe struck and bewildered
fleeting onlymomentsinalifetime
I had a vision
Beautiful words written so sweetly
songs brokenfeathersondarkgentlewings
Lonely pained memories and
expressions of
loss
frozen
timelessly
forever
never forgotten
