The world is cruel, so we all have need of gentle hearts to help us see things through. The prophets’ words of wisdom we must heed, for love and peace for all is overdue. A gentle heart has kindness in the soul. If only kindness were inside us all! Our spirits and our world would be made whole. If only we could tear down every wall dividing us and filling souls with hate. To do this we must have a mindful eye - live with awareness and in a calm state. With mindfulness, Nirvana would be nigh. Heart gentle eye mindful without delay, a world of love and peace we’d have today.

My eyes a bit moist from this one, Andrea. Full of passion and heartfelt. Sorry have not seen much of your work for a while. Would you mind me sharing with just one friend in need. She has two boys with fathers who do not bother. Wont share without permission. I am 5 years cancer free now. Our grandson is also 5. Our eldest of 2 daughters is pregnant for first time with identical twin boys due beginning August. Best regards David in NZ
