Hear the Thunder

Thunder ... compressed air When it's released, does it make you scared? Thunder ... supersonic sound You can hear the boom from miles and miles, miles and miles around As a child, I was told that was the voice of God Terrifyingly wonderful to behold It awakened you out of your dreams It made the earth tremble, it made you want to scream Thunder ... ooh, what a mighty powerful sound It made you remember to bow down to the ground and thank God for His mercy So when you hear the thunder: cry, cry aloud Let your prayer be heard, and let it merge with the passing thunder cloud

And it truly sounds dramatic, Freddie! As a child I too was told that thunder was God's voice, so there was no need to be afraid as long as we were good! Regards // paul

Ty, Andrea for the loving comment. I used the merging symbolism of our prayer and Passover/passing cloud as meaning that God has showed mercy and spared you because He heard your prayer. Much love to you, dear.
