There were times when I didn’t realize The value of being healthy and strong There were days when I didn’t grasp The importance of health in this fast pace There were moments when I didn’t comprehend The worth of this thing called health Older now – and wiser, they say I am inspired to give God thanks For this blessed gift of good health I am encouraged to give Him credit Where all the credit is due to Him And Thank Him for this thing called Health… Health is wealth for sure!

Health is certainly wealth and a blessing for which we must give the Lord our thanks Regina. It’s heartbreaking to see people suffering, yet how courageous we see many are... Belle

I thank God everyday. Consider I had a triple bypass 21 years ago and still feel strong. Health is important. ~~

Health, my friend, Regina, is God's most precious gift. That, us, must thank Him with each breath we take! Unfortunately, as you have stated, we do not appreciate it when we have it but only when we miss it! Excellently written! Blessings!
