Heads Up

I saw a jet, jet ‘cross the sky silvered high, captivating my eye: Surely no meteor could show natural better, icing the sky leaving lick-able tails of frosty air glitter -- The jet made circles a lariat rhinestone cowboy or sparkly pinwheel in the hands of dancing child – surely some future astronaut, making novelty of atomic flash and fire – celestial lollipops two scoop cones of sprinkled faceted stars….

It's so darn hot these days, a celestial lollipop will lift me to heaven. Great metaphors.

Hi Paula; what I saw were military type jets chasing a bright dot over Phoenix in the sky. Very high up. Just before sunset. Beats me what it was all about? Strange. Nothing in the news papers next day.

Hi Anne; couple eggs in a skillet, hold them out the window for 3 minutes...and breakfast is ready. I really do love it. Use to love to hike the desert. Plenty of pools in Phoenix.

Hi Vie; coming home from work, just before dusk, a couple of jets were chasing a UFO -- quite a spectacle. Every time they would get close the bright dot with make a sharp turn, avoiding them. Finally, it just got tired of the game apparently, and left them with a flash of acceleration.
