He Called His Name
Paradise to the old man was a humble garden,
A peaceful sanctuary for rest and meditation,
Reminiscing and counting his blessings.
An angel found him there and softly called his name,
Delivered a message, with a tender smile, and
Invitingly he held out his hand; he followed.
Standing by the door, the Lord greeted him with open arms:
Enter, your long journey has come to an end; welcome home!
