- Thoughts: If one assumes that there is a God, one must assume that it must have taken an infinitely long time before the Creator found it appropriate to create something at all - If God has always existed, 13.7 billion years will be a short period of time in relation to eternity both before and after - but as you say: Nothing in the universe exists without purpose :) - We just have to believe and accept :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
