Harder
It's hard to stop,
Knowing that you are wrong,
Knowing the mistakes you've done,
Knowing you're an endless series of bad.
It's hard to keep,
What you never got to hold,
What was long lost and gone,
And never made you feel any good.
It's hard to stay away,
To turn your back the other way,
To never look back ever again,
When you have much to lose than gain.
It's hard to say goodbye,
Pack your bags and never to cry,
To carry all the guilt and the pain,
Just hoping that you won't go insane.
Is it really hard,
Or is it just easy this way,
To think it is and conclude,
Without even giving it a try.
