Seeking love, we choose a mirror
but reflections display error,
in as not quite that what we sought,
as of cravings our ego brought,
which to shifts, moment to moment,
rapidly sinking joy quotient,
for what’s on offer, comes and goes,
being not the bliss, our soul knows,
ever present in God’s domain ~
ours for asking, when ego’s slain.
