Hairy Orange Troll
Hairy troll doll
Ugly face, jewel in her belly,
An upgrade from the ones I used to dress in felt.
She sits here with her goofy grin, waiting for me
To do something smart. Orange hair, orange eyes,
Orange jewel. Dressed in a red and white checked
Dress with a little dab of green. A Christmas troll
Doll? Not sure, but she is here now, and there is
Something stuck in her hair. I move closer,
A bit frightened. She has an old face, and a
Bulbous nose. When I was a child I never
Noticed that. As an adult, maybe
I am more critical? I smile at her
And we both laugh.
Uh-oh.
