Indubitably there is one emotion By the time I feel its first nettle I am at the point of explosion It is already too late to settle I become immediately apoplectic Before the green-eyed monster Is validated as authentic Thus exaggerating it asunder I find this is so flabbergasting My face turns red and I glower Jealousy for me is most suggesting That my sanity has been devoured May 5, 2018

I love this well-crafted piece because each of us gets bitten by jealousy at one time or another - whether we think someone else has it all, more beauty, more intelligence, more wealth, better health, etc. Some people like to think that they are immune to the tune of the Green-eyed Monster - but at some point we all succumb to it when it raises its ugly head:-)! Excellent piece that I enjoyed reading! Hugs. Pandita
