Gray Yet Green

Press and curl your way through the world Push on the path meant for you girl Refuse to be limited by the gray places Set yourself free create new spaces. Sometimes you fight war when you must For life is a dare Make love or lust Whichever you care just don’t lose touch Drink life with thirst For it is brief Never be rehearsed If your spirit is free When it is time to turn page Do so in your prime Do not settle or waste Giving your heart to your dreams Will keep that spark forever green.
