Grateful Indeed

When in time or season does your heart find it easier to leap with gratitude? Is it when walking thru the meadow during a warm spring day, with beautiful flowers to the left, gorgeous birds singing to the right and no storm clouds in sight? Or in the eye of a fierce, high level hurricane on a particular hot summer night? Does it find it hard when the sidewalk is filled with cracks from wear and tear of life, from falling? Nonetheless, easy or hard, is there strength in fighting and holding on to gratitude? Is there a instant return immediately? Could that be a better life both at present and in the future as a positive dividend? It is o reminder of all the challenges of the past journeys, upcoming ones but still be so very thankful.
