Golden Goddess
Poetry about nature, the morning sunrise.
Rays of sunlight streaming down,
casting shadows all around.
Golden goddess warm my skin.
Let your rays of light shine in.
Shining through my window pane,
lifting up the morning rain.
Golden goddess up above,
shine down on me rays of love.
Give to me a new dawn,
spread your light on my lawn.
Golden goddess way up high,
without you all will die.
Shine your light upon my rose,
underneath the great rainbow.
Golden goddess wake the earth,
bringing light of new birth.
Shine your rays of sunlight down,
spinning light round and round.
Let the morning sparrows sing,
watch the hummingbirds little wings.
Golden goddess to earth you bring,
mighty and majestic things.
