God's Hand In the Forest

Eleven years ago I planted a tree, That is forty foot in the air now, And way too close to three other trees that I planted the same day. I brought them home in a small SUV, having no understanding of What could happen to them in eleven years, with such little effort on my part. I sit in their shade today, marveling at the height I never expected, in my lifetime. Shocked that I brought four baby trees home, that would grow to be giants in a mere eleven years. Awed by the nurturing ability of a great God, He who kept them alive and thriving. No thanks to me.
