God Sent Blessing
God Sent Blessing
God blessed me with a precious baby boy,
Expecting you was already in God’s work,
Sending you to this world to serve a purpose.
God created you in His image carefully forming you,
In His own image He outlined every single detail,
Designing a perfect masterpiece.
Anxiously counting down the time,
Awaiting to have you turned into hours,
Vividly recalling every minute of pain.
Experiencing fear and joy lasting an endless nineteen hours,
Played out to be a very long and enduring delivery,
Ending with a grand finale holding you in my arms.
Whispering to God a gratitude prayer for His God sent blessing,
Gazing at your adorable face I kept grasping your tiny soft hands,
Kissing you with rolling tears falling down from my check unto yours.
