GLORY OF WAR
The smell of fear is on the air
But still i keep on marching...
Side by side with my ally,
I find courage to face what's ahead
With shaking knees and fearful heart
Ubruptly we stop
and bravely face the enemy
What will happens next is on gods will
Like a hurricane,
they come with a roar
Death is coming,
violently.!
I hold on to my shield,
fiercely.!
Unsheath my sword swiflty.
Every dagger that pierce,
leaves an ugly reminder;
A battle scars that will remain.!
I stab and kill endlessly
Though a shield protects,
a great blow will still put me down
On my knees and gives bruises!
Still, i keep on fighting...
Hoping they surrender
The pain of loosing always breaks me..
But no matter,
never will I, be a bystander
That stays on the side while a battle unfolds.
