Why I Give I thought about it and then thought some more. Then I came to the moment when my thoughts were assured. No. I don’t give to make someone like me. I give to try to live… The way that God has taught me, With kindness and gratitude… For all the love He’s brought me, With a heart who lets another know…. He has given me so many blessings – I love to give to others - because I, too, Want to share a little of His spirit with my kindness, My gift, I’m sure – isn’t anything special or distinct. But, it comes from my heart.. in the spirit that God gave to me,… His love, though – is the very best gift there is!

I love this Regina ! So much gratitude in your words . I especially liked ~ I give to try to live . There is so much beauty in giving . We receive so much in the act of giving selflessly . It’s not why we give, however it’s part of the journey . Beautiful words . Hugs, Susan :)

Yes. I agree. Giving, it seems, is a part of God's plan for me (for each of us) ... even though I can never give as much as I would like to. Thank you so much. Love, Gina
