Having conjured space and time,
heartbeats and breath sound a chime,
plunging us into deep trance,
to feel polarities dance.
Play of contrast, tests and jests.
Life in motion never rests,
until we choose cessation ~
awake in meditation.
Each half breath enters a pause,
wherein we may know the cause,
wherefrom this dream does arise,
solely for our heart’s surprise.
Though soul’s shaped on life’s anvil,
we may employ our free will,
to cease game of push and pull,
each moment joyful, blissful.
