Give Peace a Chance - Contest

Going to war I have no choice I am a soldier just a boy Violence is not in my soul Every noise my nerve ends employ Politicians why can’t you hear Eternal pleas from within All of our souls cry out in fear Chances of dying without sin Eyes see atrocities hearts just give in Are we fighting in vain, will there be no peace Children are dying, the old and the sick How can you let this happen to them, Angels of mercy please here our plea No one can help them except you and me Come on politicians, sit together and parlance Everyone awaiting the verdict, Give Peace a Chance.
