Listen to poem:
the tears blend into the background my sadness in the foreground shadows so minimal I shouldn't fall into them the space around me disappears there is nothing to see or feel the tear the primary focal point my sadness is the balancing point anchoring me to the earth without it I would merge with shadows I do not look ahead, there is no world just shading and absence I'm more absence that shade I washed myself away leaving just enough to perpetually cry I am Girl with Tear my identity assigned whilst I slowly cease to be making a statement should anyone notice

Thank you Kim, I did throw myself into the art work to write this one. It's amazing what you can get content wise from art, ekphrasis is really fun.

Sad - fragile flowing through the softest words, spoken like a tragedy unknown, unspoken, beautiful flowing. God bless you and congrats, Love, Gina
