Dear Sally, you are right...geese indirectly teach us the need to stay together. There is strength in unity. As the winter arrives, geese migrate to warmer climes together. With the onset of spring, they come back home, never in singles, but collectively! Beautiful alignment of chosen words, leading to the creation of an outstanding pictorial representation

Thanks for your comments Valsa! I researched about migrating geese. Here in KY, we’ve heard them a few times, as they are migrating, & those sounds they call to one another inspired this poem…i was very touched by how their flight formation makes a true effort to help the weak & infirmed among them! An obvious lesson! esp when we oppose The Big “Beautiful” Bill…

Dear Sally, your beautiful poem about "migrating geese" reflects what could be the strongest and most precious aspects of humanity if only we could take lessons from the flying flock. Your verse is visually artistic and morally and physically profound. Warmest wishes, my poet friend.. ~Susan
