Gazes That Matter

Sun drops carried off a shimmer release warm the ruffled feathers now at ease vivid velvet streaks felt gone off to teach encumbered minds emerged out of reach Roll near edges steep tiny spirits lay lost shells speckled form a wayward bed of moss chestnut pecks of care nurse anxious eyes as attentive gazes that matter touch the sky Free in flight a curious soul seeks her way guided the path filled forging a glory day held tight life lessons of unrequited love starving eyes open to whispers up above

As my gaze goes way up high, starved for sunlight. I cannot say I understand it fully, but is it okay to interpret it in my own way, and like it? :)

The site is just dead and has been for a few days now. Almost like everyone has abandoned ship.

Thanks Chris...I was getting worried no one could understand as it was sitting all alone for a couple hours.
