Nice, Constance. I find this a bit of a challenge, to make the individual stanzas somewhat unique and still make sense. I was thinking of "plop" instead of hop, since it sounded nice for the raindrop, and then I realized it wasn't the best choice for "birds sing... plop!", lol.

Jeff, thank you so much for the compliment, yes, it was a huge challenge to have the poem make sense, I considered plop also and did not use it for exactly the reason you mention ~Constance
