Galloway Couldn’t sleep last night I lay wide awake I’m worried for a green eyes friend She got big decision to make Got a personal crisis She’s going in today Wonder if she’s coming home Or they going to make her stay She makes me promise what ever happens I must make my life right And she don’t ever want me Give up the poems I write Today the 28 of May My heart is so far away In a town in Galloway But my feet are in the USA Now I’m feeling uncertain Not sure what the future hold My heart could get broken And in comes the cold But life’s along road And she has to take it slow Just think about today Don’t worry bout tomorrow I’m counting the moments To get my life again Then I will run to her And comfort her pain Will never leave her side Will be her heart and soul Will close the window s Hug her when she’s cold Wish I could fly like bird But god didn’t make humans to do that But one day will fly to her in a plane And that could be a fact Love isn’t prejudice It happens too many Some has a happy ending And some don’t have any And right now the sunshine’s Over a town in Galloway And that is where My Heart is today
