Frozen Moment

In the stalled time my moment froze, when I saw you stroll in meadow, drenched in hues as golden sun rose, gleaming your face in cosmic glow. When your glinting gaze was on me, in the stalled time my moment froze. In your blue eyes depth I could see, where I’d let my lone love repose. On wings of yearning my heart chose, it’d fly in silk sky of your grace. In the stalled time my moment froze, when my arms held you in embrace. But fate wrote story of dismay, chapter of promise I saw close. When forever you went away, in the stalled time my moment froze.
