Free Coffee

I'm resting in a feeling free zone And I've had a notification My phone says I can get a free coffee I'll choose decaffeinated With hazelnut syrup and coconut milk I used to apologise for my coffee order I'm not keen on apologetic people They make my skin crawl Probably because it's something I did Sorry you have to be my friend... My straight talking friends make it clear They don't have to, they choose to The coffee shop just want to know what you want It's the type of place for nonsense concoctions I've seen other people Asking for set temperatures for their drinks So I gave myself a break I'm going to try and own my choices Awkward but... I can't state 'worth it' But I'll ponder the end of the sentence

Free verse done well, Dilly Dally. I'm always suspicious of offers of free ANYthing! LOL! Janice

Haha I did indeed get a free coffee but I've still spent £5 in the process :)
