Four Candles
These candles burn and go out not,
They burn for all those we forgot
They burn for the soldiers out in the field,
They burn for them to stay strong and never yield
They burn for the sick wherever they may be,
They burn for the blind that they might see
They burn for others to be cancer free,
They burn for those troubled in mind
They burn for illness of every kind.
They burn for this broken world that it may be healed
They burn for the peace and for wars to be sealed
They burn for each one of us, man , woman and child,
They burn to stop our world from being defiled.
These candles burn and go out not
They burn lest all the above should be forgot.
God Bless every one on this New Years Eve.
